7f6a25fd49 Corrects "premises" translation to pt_BR.
Closest to "premises", "premisas" used is wrong. Closest correct would
be "premissas" which means something different (presumptions perhaps).
Translated then to "limits" which would translate literally to
"boundaries" but reflects better the meaning of the sentence.

547e9ae8b6 Applies revisions suggested by loco-choco.
Basically steam achievements from "Indicative" to "Imperative"
verbal mode (Brazillian Porutuguese gramatics) to be more consistent
with steam achievements, and remove some unnecessary bits.

04e94a952c Updates the portuguese_br translation file.
The file only had 'vessel' translated.

Translation made taking into account game original translation, keeping
where possible translation choices of the game, like:

- Vessel => Hospedeiro
- Dark Bramble => Abrolho Sombrio (translation of names)
- warp => translocation

A special case was made for the "NOMAI_SHUTTLE_COMPUTER" to split the
location with colon and avoid a gender combination ("no", "na") with a
common "em". As locations might have male or female "genders" to combine
with in the Portuguese language.

"Raycast", the name of the mod (New Horizon) and "Dieclone" weren't
translated at all for being either the very name of the mod, or being
considered keywords or neologism words (as much as "Nomai" is not
translated).

Prometheus (quantum lightning + quantum refactor) (#717)
## Minor Features
- Implements lightning storms. Resolves #564.
- Can now control if socketed quantum objects align with gravity or use
socket rotation, and if they randomize rotation around the local Y axis.
Fixes #751.

## Improvements
- Makes quantum organization cleaner (split into separate lists by the
type of quantum group, state or socket).
- Quantum socket groups can now have an equal number of props to sockets
and will work accordingly. Fixes #597

remove prop placer (and all debug menu stuff actually) (#1015)
resolves #1013 

this also removes the other submenu, which had to do with ship logs, but
it was all empty methods for 3 years :D
so that means no more debug submenus which means debug menu is now
useless so bye bye debug menu

Better focal point sphere of influence (#1017)
## Improvements

- Changed focal point sphere of influence to be 1.5x of the distance
between the 2 bodies instead of being 0

## Bug fixes
- Fixed Rich Presence not working on focal points
- Minimap is now disabled automatically on focal points
