## Description
|
|
|
|
Implement the logic for automatic classification of a Volume's `PhysicalClass`. This will involve running a series of benchmarks to determine the performance characteristics of the storage device.
|
|
|
|
## Implementation Steps
|
|
|
|
1. Develop a set of benchmarks to measure read/write speed, latency, etc.
|
|
2. Implement a `VolumeClassifier` service that can run these benchmarks on a new Volume.
|
|
3. Based on the benchmark results, the classifier should automatically assign the correct `PhysicalClass` to the Volume.
|
|
4. Provide a way for the user to override the automatic classification.
|
|
|
|
## Acceptance Criteria
|
|
|
|
- [ ] The system can run performance benchmarks on a Volume.
|
|
- [ ] The system can automatically assign a `PhysicalClass` to a Volume based on the benchmark results.
|
|
- [ ] The user can manually change the `PhysicalClass` of a Volume.
|
