Vessel fixes (#545) ...

## Minor features
- Added `hasZeroGravityVolume` to the Vessel config to remove the
default zero-gravity volume around the vessel.
- Added `isDefault` to planet Spawn config to set the default player
spawn point, if multiple exist in the system.
