Prevent bramble recursion from causing hard crash (#463) 
Makes dimensions check if they encounter themselves by scanning outwards
from nodes that lead to them.

- Added `isRelativeToParent` to allow applying position and rotation
relative to the parent defined by `parentPath`. Applies to details,
dialogue, Nomai text, slides, whiteboards, projection pools, projection
stones, signals, and volumes.
- New singularity settings
  - Removed `makeZeroGVolume`
  - Split `size` into `horizonRadius` and `distortRadius`
  - Added `hasWarpEffects`, `renderQueueOverride`, and `rotation`
- Added `vinePrefab` to allow changing the vine layout in bramble
dimensions, as well as removing them altogether if you want to create
your own
- Added a Timber Hearth cairn variant to Nomai text
- Added a ton more volumes
- Added more achievements
  - Go rafting
  - Talk to 5 custom characters
  - Get sucked into lava by a tornado

## Improvements
- Debug raycast now prints rotation. It uses the same rotation code as
prop placer.
- You can now choose whether the player, scout, or both can trigger the
enter reveal volume.
- Some hazard volume types do special things to act better
- The Dev Tools menu now has a "print changes" button, an alternative to
the terrifying and buggy "save changes" button

- Fixed lava not glowing correctly

fix shader replacement mistake (#456) 
when i fixed it i forgot about dummy shaders (which dont have the proper
render queue set)
so this makes it only preserve stuff when the material queue is
different from the shader queue (ie we want to preserve that difference)

Fix some time loop bugs (#454) 
Should fix a few bugs from #407 and more
- Background stars no longer go supernova when time loop is disabled
- Sun no longer does supernova effects while disabled
- Sun will not expand into red giant when time loop is disabled
- Interloper no longer disappears when time loop is disabled
- End times music will not play when time loop is disabled
- Time loop component no longer triggers supernova when time loop is
disabled
